All the shops, large Tesco Supermarket, restaurants and takeaways nearby.Apartment comes with all essentials from towels to cookware, Wi-Fi, linen.Please don’t smoke in our apartment or in the communal areas of the building. It’s not in allowed by UK law, and it affects our neighbours. Unfortunately if we do discover there has been smoking in the apartment, there will be fine of £1000. If you smoke outside, please don't smoke directly outside the building, please make sure to smoke a few metres away - this is to stop smoke from coming inside the building. Check out time is at 10am if our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment. The guests would need to pay for additional time compensation for cleaner, administration, postponing other apartments cleaning and inconvinience for the next guests who are checking in same day.
