There is a beautiful decorative fireplace with original tiles taking pride of place at the front of the lounge area and this is surrounded by ceiling height shelving that really emphasises the lofty, spacious feeling in the home. However please handle with care as they are very old and delicate!The period windows throughout the property are gorgeous but 100s of years old, so require a delicate touch. They are due to be repaired and strengthened soon, so in the meantime please be careful when opening them.Please note, the external of the property is currently undergoing renovation works and there is scaffolding up. However, this does not block light and we have Venetian blinds for privacy.We provide hotel quality linen for all the beds and towels for each guest. You will be welcomed with a travel-sized toiletry set per guest to help you freshen up during your first couple of days. There is a hand soap and 1 loo roll in each bathroom.
