Your own private balcony with outdoor furniture, located on the top floor.EATING:The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.PARKING:A dedicated free undercover parking space belonging to the apartment is available for guests to use. There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.Guests have access to the entire apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay. Access to my property is on street level or from the car park into a lift lobby and up to the 3rd floor via a lift.The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.Other things to note- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours- Check in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check-out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule- Baby Travel Cot is available upon request.
