The supermarket "Penny" is accessible by foot (3min). The Rosensteinpark, Leuze, Wasen, the bakery und barber are close to the apartment as well. There is an elevator in the house. Deposit: 3 months rent. The additional costs are included in the rent (including Hausmeisterservice). Viewings are possible. A brief presentation to yourself would be greatly appreciated. The apartment is suitable for one person. German: Da ich vom 24.01. bis zum 25.07 außer Lande bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum (etwas flexibel bzgl. der Daten). Die U-Bahn Haltestelle „Metzstrasse“ ist 3 min von der Wohnung entfernt. Mit dem Auto sind es 8 min bis zum Milaneo oder in die Stadt. Der Supermarkt Penny ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
