Dog baskets are also available by arrangement. The apartment is located in half-height of Stuttgart-Feuerbach, close to Bosch, Porsche, Thieme etc. on the top 5th floor of an apartment building. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor, then another staircase. The loft-like combination of open kitchen, dining room and cozy TV corner invites you to enjoy the warm atmosphere of the apartment. The apartment is furnished with treasures curated from my frequent travels. The focus is on authenticity and home feeling rather than shiny designer objects. Tasteful and individual furniture emphasizes the calm and warm ambience of the apartment. You will immediately feel comfortable and at home. There is also free parking around the apartment. Medical center, grocery stores, hardware store, pet food store, restaurants and beer garden are in the immediate vicinity. The light-flooded apartment with terraces has a area of about 110 m². The apartment is completely high quality, furnished for rent, i.e. all necessary living inventory (dining table, modern open fitted kitchen, dishwasher, comfortable sofas, work desk, etc.) are also rented. The rent includes all cold and hot operating costs, electricity use and internet connection. Perfectly suited for discerning people who on the one hand want to live close to Stuttgart's center, but on the other hand also attach great importance to comfort and luxury and know how to appreciate and preserve that. Moving of furniture is not allowed. Should you arrive and rent with children or pets, I would remove the two antique Persian carpets in the living room and reduce the deposit accordingly. This is my private, fully furnished apartment that I rent out for 1-2 months at a time as long as I am traveling and visiting my children. At least every 8 weeks I should have limited access to my private area, bathroom, kitchen and utility room for a few days and for a fee basic cleaning / final cleaning of € 25.00 / hour depending on the effort. Perhaps while you are on vacation yourself or at the end of your stay. During these days the rent of the apartment is reduced by 50% on a daily basis and these days at half price will be deducted from the total rent at the end. The check-in/out takes place with me personally and is usually between 10 am and 2 pm, in consultation with me and the next guest. Etage, dann noch eine Treppe. Die loftartige Kombination aus offener Küche, Esszimmer und gemütlicher TV-Ecke lädt dazu ein, die warme Atmosphäre der Wohnung zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist mit Schätzen ausgestattet, die ich auf meinen häufigen Reisen kuratiert habe. Der Fokus liegt auf Authentizität und Wohngefühl und nicht auf glänzenden Designerobjekten. Die Wohnung ist komplett hochwertig, möbliert zu vermieten, d.h. alle notwendigen Wohninventarien (Esstisch, moderne offene Einbauküche, Geschirrspüler, gemütliche Sofas, Arbeitsdesk, etc.) werden mitvermietet. Im Mietpreis sind sämtliche kalte und warme Betriebskosten, Stromnutzung und Internetanschluss enthalten. Perfekt geeignet für anspruchsvolle Menschen, die einerseits in Stuttgarts Zentrumsnähe wohnen möchten, jedoch andererseits auch viel Wert auf Komfort und Luxus legen und das auch zu schätzen und zu bewahren wissen. Umstellen der Möbel nicht gestattet. Solltet Ihr mit Kindern oder Haustieren anreisen und mieten, würde ich die beiden antiken Perserteppiche im Wohnzimmer entfernen und die Kaution entsprechend reduzieren. Es handelt sich um meine private, voll ausgestattete Wohnung, die ich jeweils für 1-2 Monate vermiete, so lange ich auf Reisen bin und meine Kinder besuche. Spätestens alle 8 Wochen sollte ich auf ein paar Tage begrenzt Zugang zu meinem privaten Bereich, Bad, Küche und Hauswirtschaftsraum haben und gegen Gebühr eine Grundreinigung/Endreinigung von € 25,00 / Std. je nach Aufwand vornehmen lassen. Vielleicht, während Ihr selbst im Urlaub oder am Ende Eures Aufenthalts seid. In diesen Tagen reduziert sich die Miete der Wohnung tagesaktuell um 50% und diese Tage zum halben Preis werden am Ende von der Gesamtmiete abgezogen. Der Check-in/out findet mit mir persönlich statt und ist in der Regel zwischen 10 Uhr und 14 Uhr, in Absprache mit mir und dem nächsten Gast.
