 Das Haus ist ein Backsteingebäude im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes. Im Hinterhof kann eine zum Hinterhaus gehörenden terrassenartigen Freifläche zum Entspannen genutzt werden. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich die S-Bahnhaltestelle Johannisfriedhof (ca. 150 m) und die U-Bahn Haltestelle „Klinikum Nord" mit der Linie U3 (ca. 8 min Entfernung). Von dort aus kann man alle Orte in Nürnberg schnell erreichen, beispielsweise dauert die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof 8 Minuten.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Pubs, sowie auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Nordstadt ist ein Stadtviertel mit viel Atmosphäre und Flair. Auch Museen und Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmeilen und ausgefallene Geschäfte, sowie europaweit konkurrenzlose Events, darunter in der Adventszeit der berühmteNürnberger Christkindlesmarkt, können gut zu Fuß von der Wohnung erreicht werden.

 Wichtige Information : Sollte das Apartment von 2 Personen gemietet werden, erhöht sich die Miete um 150 Euro/Person. Aktuell sind im Hinterhof noch Sanierungsarbeiten geplant. Es ist noch nicht klar, wann dies beginnen wird. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Miete aktuell reduziert auf den oben genannten Preis.
