The apartment is located directly opposite the Federal Administrative Court - so you can walk almost everywhere: in Johanna Park, in Clara-Zetkin-Park, in the city center, on the Karli. The spacious balcony facing the inner courtyard makes it very quiet and not too warm in the summer, as the windows face east.
The apartment has an oak parquet floor with underfloor heating (app-controlled) and high-quality, large tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen-living room contains everything you need for cooking: ceramic stove top, a large refrigerator including freezer. A hot-air oven and dishes from Villeroy and Boch.
Everything is lovingly and modernly furnished. Light grey tones on the walls add an extra portion of charm and match the couch as well as the bed.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Bundesverwaltungsgericht - somit ist man fußläufig quasi überall: im Johanna Park, im Clara-Zetkin-Park, in der Innenstadt, auf der Karli. Durch den großzügigen Balkon zum Innenhof ist es aber trotzdem sehr ruhig und im Sommer nicht zu warm, da die Fenster eine Ost-Ausrichtung haben.
