This 65 m² 2-bedroom maisonette with open gallery by APARTVIEW Apartments is located on the 3rd floor (attic) in a freshly renovated old building from the early 1900s, combining the charm of the old with the comfort of the new. It is characterised by its high-quality furnishings and its ideal location and is only a 5-minute walk from Krefeld's city centre and 100 m from Krefeld's main railway station. This is where big city life pulsates with all its facets. This elegant maisonette flat has been freshly renovated and stylishly refurnished and offers space for up to 7 people. It is located on the 3rd floor and the centrepiece of this flat is the open-plan living and dining area with an open gallery. Immediately after the entrance, a beautiful wide wooden staircase leads to the separate bathroom. The spacious, modern bathroom has a large shower with glass wall, illuminated mirror, window and a new washer-dryer (incl. detergent). In the bathroom you will also find everything you want from home: enough storage space, shelves, hairdryer, towels, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo from Prija. Down another small flight of stairs you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and dishwasher (including tabs), as well as salt, pepper, olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. There's also a kettle, toaster and everything you need to be self-sufficient. With a good coffee from the NESPRESSO coffee machine, you can start the day in peace. Of course, there are also compostable organic coffee capsules and a colourful selection of teas. In the bedroom you will find a high-quality and comfortable king-size box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe with chest of drawers and pleated blinds to darken the room. In the open-plan living/dining room there is a large dining table for 6-7 people as well as a cosy sitting area with two sofas, which you can of course use to watch a good film, read a good book or just relax in peace. The two pull-out sofas (1.60 x 2.00 m) are equipped with pocket spring mattresses and thus offer a high sleeping comfort for another 4 guests. A spiral staircase leads to the gallery. Here you will find a cosy reading corner with skylight to read a good book in peace or just to switch off. The folding sofa (1.00 x 2.00 m) can be used as a sofa bed for another guest. The flat is equipped with High Speed W-LAN, a 58" Smart TV, with Zattoo TV with approx. 158 channels and NETFLIX and invites you to relax after a busy day. You can stop in front of the house to unload your luggage. Free and paid parking spaces are located in the side streets in the immediate vicinity. In addition, there are several paid parking garages 250-550 metres away. The proximity to the Helios Klinikum in Krefeld should be emphasised. The cities of Duisburg, Mönchengladbach Venlo and of course Düsseldorf with its airport and international trade fair are optimally connected and quickly accessible. Über eine Wendeltreppe gelangst du auf die Galerie. Hier befindet sich eine gemütliche Leseecke mit Dachfenster, um in Ruhe ein gutes Buch zu lesen oder einfach nur abzuschalten. Das Klappsofa (1,00 x 2,00 m) kann als Schlafsofa für einen weiteren Gast genutzt werden. Das Apartment ist mit High Speed W-LAN, einem 58" Smart TV, mit Zattoo-TV mit ca. 158 Kanälen und NETFLIX ausgestattet und lädt nach einem anstrengenden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kannst du kurz vor dem Haus halten. Kostenlose und kostenpflichtige Parkplätze befinden sich in den Nebenstraßen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zusätzlich befinden sich mehrere kostenpflichtige Parkhäuser in 250-550m Entfernung. Hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Helios Klinikum in Krefeld. Die Städte Duisburg, Mönchengladbach Venlo und natürlich Düsseldorf mit seinem Flughafen und der internationalen Messe sind optimal angebunden und schnell erreichbar. Weitere wichtige Informationen: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Außerdem erwartet dich ein Willkommenspaket mit Bio-Kaffee, Tee und Snacks.
