The living room has a large west-facing window front, so that a lot of afternoon sun falls into the flat. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, a handmade oak table, as well as a sideboard and a desk.
The bedroom is separated and offers a 1.40m bed and a large wardrobe. Due to the quiet location, you will not hear any traffic noise but pleasant birdsong.
The kitchen is well maintained and was installed in 2021. It contains all necessary cooking utensils and offers enough space for cooking.
The bathroom is also well maintained and modernised.

Das Schlafzimmer ist abgetrennt und bietet ein 1,40m Bett sowie einen großen Kleiderschrank. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage, hört man kein Verkehrslärm sondern angenehmes Vogelgezwitscher.
Die Küche ist gepflegt und wurde 2021 maßgeschneidert eingebaut. Sie beinhaltet alle nötigen Kochutensilien und bietet genug Platz zum Kochen.
Das Bad ist ebenfalls top gepflegt und modernisiert.
