In our apartment (75 sqm), which in 2018 was highly renovated with 3 balconies, wooden floorboards, modern kitchenette, every person from near and far, every colour, every faith is welcome.
It can accommodate 3-4 people (1 double bed, 1 king-size bed) and is located on the 1st floor
The apartment is very bright and centrally located in a quite quiet residential street.
With 3 small balconies, wooden floor and chic design, you can relax and rest after a packed day of the city or fair. The Deutz Trade Fair, Lancess Arena Cologne, Messe Deutz Bahnhof and the Rhine Riverside Promenade are within walking distance.
It takes 30 minutes to walk to the cathedral. The tram takes you to the main shopping centre on the Neumarkt in 3 stations.
In the Deutz Freedom with numerous shops, bakeries and cafés you are within 10 min walk.
For parking you can find parking near the Severins Bridge for a daily price of 4 euros.
For short-term parking (up to 4 hours) public parking is available directly in the street for a parking fee of 6 euros. There is also a parking garage diagonally opposite. (1.30 Euro/hr)

The spacious 3 bedroom apartment with chic shower room and well-equipped kitchen is available to our tenants alone. Guests can relax in a spacious living room with floor-to-floor glass wall and a balcony with in-garden gardens. The two bedrooms are very spacious. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a king-size bed.
A small room on the same floor with cleaning agent vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, washing machines/dryers can be used free of charge by the tenants.
The apartment is also well suited for business partners.
I am happy to be at my tenants' disposal on request and can be reached quickly via SMS or Whats app for concerns and questions
For emergencies, the 24 hour emergency room of the 2 min distant hospital is quickly accessible.
