I am looking for a responsible and calm subletter for my flat. It is fully furnished, decorated with care and is clean. Plenty of storage space is available (Ikea Pax closet and drawers, dishes and everything you need to live comfortably.) The flat can be used comfortably as a 1-person flat or also for a couple.
