English: We are moving abroad for a while and are therefore sub-letting our apartment. We are flexible for the period, anything between 3 and 10 months is possible. We have carefully furnished our apartment to a high standard and are therefore looking for reliable and responsible temporary tenants. The entire furniture is included, from plates to towels. For a family with child(ren), there would also be equipment, e.g. a bed or high chair. The apartment itself is a beautiful oasis in close proximity to the popular Südstadt. Aldi, DM, Rewe, health food store, pharmacies and much more are just around the corner (less than 2mins walk). Public transport connections are very good. The neighborhood is very child-friendly. German: Wir ziehen für eine Zeit ins Ausland und vermieten daher unsere Wohnung unter. Für den Zeitraum sind wir flexibel, alles zwischen 3 und 10 Monaten ist möglich, eventuell auch darüber hinaus. Wir haben unsere Wohnung liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und suchen daher verlässliche und verantwortungsbewusste Zwischenmieter:innen. Vermietet wird das gesamte Mobiliar, vom Teller bis zum Handtuch. Für eine Familie mit Kind(ern) gäbe es außerdem Ausstattung, z.B. ein Babybett oder Hochstuhl. Die Wohnung selbst ist eine wunderschöne Oase in unmittelbarer Nähe zur beliebten Südstadt. Aldi, DM, Rewe, Bioladen, Apotheken und vieles mehr sind direkt um die Ecke (weniger als 2mins zu Fuß). Die Anbindungen mit ÖPNV sind sehr gut. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr familiär und kinderfreundlich
