The tenant can expect a fully equipped apartment with space for an entire family. In the bedroom there is a family bed measuring 270x200cm. In the children's room there is a house bed 180x90cm and a sofa bed 140x200cm. The sofa in the living room can also be pulled out and offers approx. 180x200cm sleeping space. The balcony has a south-west orientation and invites you to sunbathe, grill and relax. The house community is very familiar and people help each other in everyday life, so a trusting subtenancy is very important to us. Den oder die Mieterin erwartet eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit Platz für eine ganze Familie. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Familienbett mit den Maßen 270x200cm. Im Kinderzimmer steht ein Hausbett 180x90cm und eine Schlafcouch 140x200cm. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich ebenfalls ausziehen und bietet ca 180x200cm Schlaffläche. Der Balkon hat Süd West Ausrichtung und lädt zum Sonnen, Grillen und entspannen ein. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr familiär und man hilft sich im Alltag, daher ist uns ein vertrauensvolles Untermietverhältnis sehr wichtig.
