The building is directly opposite the Stadtpark and offers a lovely view of the greenery. Lovely vinyl flooring with wood design was installed and there is an elevator. The building also has a modern soundproofing and ventilation concept that provides perfect peace and indoor climate even when the windows are closed. External blinds allow sunlight to be regulated as desired. A covered bicycle parking space can be used free of charge.The living room is fully equipped, including a smart TV (50"), sofa, and dining table. The open kitchen (integrated in the living area) is equipped with a ceramic glass stovetop (2 burners), a microwave with oven function, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (140x200). The second bedroom has a box spring double bed (180x200, with separate mattress).
