The apartment and the attic were converted to KFW standard in 2009.The apartment impresses with its open wooden ceiling and beam construction as well as the quiet 10 sqm balcony to the rear with a view of the treetops. Wooden floorboards are laid throughout the living area.The light-flooded living area with open kitchen, wood-burning stove and access to the balcony is furnished in light tones. There is a dining area with a large table in an alcove. The technical equipment includes a 42" flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system. The kitchen, which is open to the living area, is visually separated from the living room by a kitchen unit.
