Beautiful furnished apartment in Düsseldorf Mörsenbroich, Dusseldorf

English: Dear interested parties, I have to leave my nice and cozy apartment for 12 months for a professional project, which is why I would like to sublet it fully-furnished for 1 year. The apartment is an attic apartment on the 2nd floor and has a size of just over 60sqm. It is located in Mörsenbroich (40470 Düsseldorf), close to the Messe Düsseldorf and only 2 minutes away from the A52/A44 freeway exit - logistically the best location in Düsseldorf. The airport can be reached in around 10 minutes, and the apartment is NOT in the flight path, so there is no pollution or noise nuisance. In addition, the apartment is located in a traffic-calmed zone, where the passage for trucks is prohibited and accordingly it is very quiet - and you can sleep with the windows open! If you look out of the bedroom and living area, you look into the greenery and on the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus, although from the Schauspielhaus and generally no one can look into the apartment. Public transport is only 1 minute away, as well as countless supermarkets (Aldi, Netto, Rewe, ...), pharmacies, gyms, doctors, etc.. Furthermore, you will always find enough parking spaces in front of the house. All in all, these are the best conditions for a relaxed living :-)

 The large living area is characterized by a beautiful large window front, so that during the day enough daylight comes into the apartment and you have a super view. In addition, I have a cool living wall with embedded TV (has Netflix, Prime, Youtube, etc.) built, which is a real eye-catcher (see pictures) - especially in the evening or when it is dark! In addition, there is a large couch and a large living room table in the living room. The suction robot I take unfortunately, but gladly I can give you the phone number of my nice household help (13€ / h), which can then do the vacuuming for you. On the other side of the living room is a large desk (also with LED lighting) and a huge whiteboard to work on, I'll leave you my printer. In the middle of the living room are a few beautiful wooden beams, which are decorated with a stylish wine rack, what I like to fill you up again for your first days in Düsseldorf! In the bedroom is a very high quality box spring bed, a closet, a chest of drawers and another TV, which I also provide you. The kitchen contains an oven/stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator (with freezer compartment) and a dining set. I will take the coffee machine with me, but I can provide you with my old Senseo machine. I will also leave you cutlery, pans, etc. In the bathroom there is a shower/bath combination with rainforest shower and shower spray, there is also a washing machine. In the house there is a large drying room where you can dry your laundry. In addition, there is a large storage room in the hallway. Finally it is to be mentioned that in the additional expenses Internet, electricity, water, GEZ and everything else is contained, i.e. no further costs come on you. Because I provide you my whole interior and you can use everything, I would like to have as a security for me a deposit of 2,000 €, which you get back of course, if everything remains intact! :-)
