The apartment is located not far from the Elbe/Elbwiesen.
Located in a quiet residential area, you will definitely have quiet and relaxing nights.
With the car you are in about 20min in the city center
(depending on traffic), with the ÖVK in about 30 - 40min.
Our small, but fine, apartment, is looking forward to your visit.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Dresden - Niedersedlitz, mit einer sehr guten Infrastruktur, zB gute Verbindung mit den ÖVK ( Bus, Bahn und S-.Bahn ), Supermarkt, Schnellimbiss, Einkaufszentrum, mit diversen Geschäften, Apotheke, Bank uvm.
In ca 20 Minuten gelangen Sie mit dem PKW in die Innenstadt von Dresden, mit den ÖVK ca 30 - 40 Minuten ( Verkehrsabhängig ).
Nach Feierabend ein Spaziergang gewünscht?
Kein Problem!
Nicht weit entfernt befindet sich die Elbe/Elbwiese, Fahrradweg, Fähre und Biergärten.
Gerade im Sommer ein guter Ausgleich zum Alltag.
