You can reach the city center and the main station in a few minutes on foot or by tram. The accommodation Your apartment is on the 4th floor of a freshly renovated old building. During the recent renovation, all stylistic elements were retained and brought back to life. The special combination of high ceilings typical of old buildings and large windows paired with modern gaming equipment gives the apartment a special character. As already mentioned, the house in which your apartment is located has just been renovated and you are one of my first guests. It is therefore possible that there may be minor work in the other apartments during the day. It is very important to me that you can enjoy an undisturbed stay full of privacy. That's why it's so important to me that the work is done as inconspicuously as possible. Should I not be able to do this in exceptional cases, I ask for your understanding. Your apartment has been refurbished and renovated to the highest standard of comfort. In addition to the modern and loving furnishings, there is also underfloor heating throughout the apartment. An individual control system gives you the opportunity to heat each room to the perfect temperature for you. Your apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to take care of yourself during your stay. With its large dining table and small balcony, the kitchen offers a place where you can feel right at home. It is very important to me that you, as my guest, can feel at home. In order for this to succeed, you will find basic spices and ingredients in the kitchen. This includes salt and pepper and an oil carafe. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a variety of useful appliances. In addition to the basic equipment such as pots, pans and sharp knives, this also includes a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso capsule machine. A selection of tea and coffee varieties is also available for the duration of your stay. The kitchen also has an additional sofa. This can be folded out into a sofa bed for one person if required. The living room is definitely the heart of the apartment. The absolute highlight of the living room is probably the 65 inch UHD 4K TV from Samsung in combination with a brand new PS5. 2 original PlayStation 5 controllers are also available to match the console. The console can be used in all its functions and has the classic games Fortnite, Fifa 22 and GTA, which are available to you free of charge. However, you can of course download more games if you wish. For an even better gaming experience, in addition to the couch for 2 people, there is also an extra gaming chair with a special design. The ergonomic design of the chairs makes it possible for you to endure a long gaming marathon. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if required. The sofa is of very high quality and the sleeping places are by no means an emergency solution. The living room is fully lit with LED strips. These can be individually adjusted and create a futuristic atmosphere thanks to the indirect lighting. The apartment has a spacious bedroom, which offers enough space to relax after a long and tiring day. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed. With dimensions of 160x200 meters, the bed is the perfect size to relax after a long day. The special thing about this bed is probably the large box spring mattress, which does not consist of two mattresses like most beds, but of one. This property creates a special sleeping experience. There are also two modern nightstands next to the bed. These are each equipped with a designer lamp. These are dimmable and you can adjust the atmosphere in the bedroom according to your preferences. In this bedroom you will also find a large wardrobe and a suitcase bench. So you are free to choose whether you would rather live out of a suitcase or store your clothes in the spacious wardrobe. In addition to a selection of different sized compartments, the wardrobe also offers a clothes rail with a large number of hangers. You will also find an ironing board, an iron and a first aid kit in the closet. The bed in the bedroom has also been equipped with LED lamps. This created an indirect lighting and thus an individually adjustable lighting depending on the mood. The bathroom is also anything but functional. Instead of a normal shower, you will find a large, luxurious walk-in shower. In this you will find a rain shower in addition to the normal shower head. This gives the whole bathroom a certain spa atmosphere. Hand soap, hair shampoo and shower gel are also available free of charge. In the bathroom you will also find a large illuminated LED mirror and a hair dryer. During your entire stay I will of course provide you with enough towels and shower mats. Neben einer PS5 und einem 65 Zoll Samsung 4K Fernseher erwartet dich ein detailreich eingerichtetes Wohnung rund um das Thema Gaming mit Balkon. Das Apartment befindet dich in einem gerade frisch Sanierten Altbau in der Dortmunder City. Man erreicht die Innenstadt und den HBF in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn. Die Unterkunft Dein Apartment befindet sich im 4. Obergeschoss eines frisch sanierten Altbaus. Bei der kürzlich durchgeführten Sanierung wurden alle Stilelemente beibehalten und wieder zum Leben erweckt. Die spezielle Kombination aus altbautypischen hohen Decken und großen Fenstern gepaart mit der modernen Gaming Einrichtung gibt dem Apartment einen besonderen Charakter. Wie bereits erwähnt, wurde das Haus, in dem dein Apartment liegt, gerade erst frisch saniert und du bist einer meiner ersten Gäste. Daher kann es sein, dass es tagsüber zu kleineren Arbeiten in den anderen Apartments kommen kann. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass du einen ungestörten Aufenthalt voller Privatsphäre genießen kannst. Deshalb lege ich sehr viel Wert darauf, dass die Arbeiten möglichst unauffällig ablaufen. Sollte mir dies ausnahmsweise nicht gelingen bitte ich um dein Verständnis. 
 Dein Apartment wurde nach den höchsten Komfort Standard saniert und renoviert. So findet sich neben der modernen und liebvollen Einrichtung ebenfalls eine Fußbodenheizung im gesamten Apartment. Durch ein individuelles Steuerungssystem hast du die Möglichkeit, jeden Raum auf die für dich perfekte Temperatur zu heizen. Dein Apartment bietet eine voll ausgestattete Wohn-Küche mit allem was du brauchst, um dich während deines Aufenthaltes selbst zu versorgen. Die Küche bietet mit ihrem großen Esstisch und einem kleiner Balkon einen Ort, an dem du dich direkt wohlfühlen kannst. Ich lege sehr viel Wert darauf, dass du dich als mein Gast wie Zuhause fühlen kannst. Damit dies gelingt, findest du in der Küche Grundlegende Gewürze und Zutaten. Dazu gehört unteranderem Salz und Pfeffer sowie eine ÖL Karaffe. Darüber hinaus ist die Küche noch mit einer Vielzahl von nützlichen Geräten ausgestattet. Hierzu zählt neben der Grundausstattung wie Töpfe, Pfannen und scharfe Messer auch eine Mikrowelle, ein Toaster, ein Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso Kapsel Maschine. Für die Zeit deines Aufenthalts steht dir zudem eine Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee Sorten zur Verfügung. Die Küche verfügt zudem noch über ein zusätzliches Sofa. Dieses kann bei Bedarf zu einem Schlafsofa für eine Person ausgeklappt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist definitiv das Herzstück des Apartments. Das absolute Highlight des Wohnzimmers ist wohl der 65 Zoll UHD 4K Fernseher von Samsung in Kombination mit einer Brandneuen PS5. Passend zur Konsole stehen dir ebenfalls 2 Original PlayStation 5 Controller zur Verfügung. Die Konsole kann in all ihren Funktionen genutzt werden und verfügt über die Spielklassiker Fortnite, Fifa 22 sowie GTA, diese stehen für dich kostenlos zur Verfügung. Bei Bedarf kannst du jedoch selbstverständlich noch weitere Spiele herunterladen. Für ein noch besseres Gaming Erlebnis steht dir neben der Couch für 2 Personen auch noch ein extra Gaming Stuhl mit speziellem Design zur Verfügung. Durch das Ergonomische Design der Stühle ist es dir möglich, auch einen langen Gaming Marathon durchzuhalten. Das Sofa kann bei Bedarf zu einem Schlafsofa umgebaut werden. Das Sofa ist sehr hochwertig und die Schlafplätze keineswegs eine Notlösung. Das Wohnzimmer ist komplett mit LED Streifen beleuchtet. Diese sind individuell einstellbar und schaffen durch die Indirekte Beleuchtung eine futuristische Atmosphäre. Das Apartment verfügt über ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer, welches genügend Platz für die Erholung nach einem langen und Anstrengenden Tag bietet. 
Im Schlafzimmer findest du ein großes Doppelbett. Das Bett hat mit seinen Maßen von 160x200 Metern die optimale Größe um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Das Besondere an diesem Bett ist wohl die große boxspring Matratze, die nicht wie bei den meisten Betten aus zwei Matratzen, sondern aus einer einzigen besteht. Durch diese Eigenschaft entsteht ein besonderes Schlaferlebnis. Neben dem Bett stehen zudem zwei moderne Nachtische zur Verfügung. Diese sind jeweils mit einer Designer Lampe ausgestattet. Diese sind dimmbar und ermöglichen es dir, die Atmosphäre im Schlafzimmer ganz nach deinen Vorlieben anzupassen. In diesem Schlafzimmer findest du zudem einen großen Kleiderschrank sowie eine Kofferbank. Du hast also die freie Wahl, ob du lieber aus dem Koffer leben möchtest oder deine Kleidung doch lieber im geräumigen Kleiderschrank verstauen möchtest. Der Kleiderschrank bietet neben einer Auswahl an verschieden großen Fächern auch eine Kleiderstange mit einer Vielzahl an Kleiderbügeln an. Darüber hinaus findest du ein Bügelbrett sowie ein Bügeleisen und ein Erste Hilfe Set im Schrank. Auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer wurde mit LED Lampen ausgestattet. Diese erschaffen eine Indirekte Beleuchtung und somit eine individuell Einstellbare Beleuchtung je nach Stimmung. Auch das Badezimmer ist alles andere als zweckmäßig gestaltet. Anstatt einer normalen Dusche, findest du eine große Luxuriöse Walk-In Dusche. In dieser findest du neben dem normalen Duschkopf noch eine Regendusche. Diese verleiht dem ganzen Badezimmer eine gewisse Spa-Atmosphäre. Zudem stehen dir Handseife, Haar-Shampoo und Duschgel kostenlos zur Verfügung. 
Im Badezimmer findest du zusätzlich einen großen Beleuchteten LED Spiegel sowie einen Föhn. Während deines gesamten Aufenthalts stelle ich dir natürlich ausreichend Handtücher sowie Duschvorleger zur Verfügung.
