English: Apartment / My bright apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 19th-century Berlin ensemble and radiates old building charm thanks to its high stucco ceilings, wooden floors, and double windows. All rooms in the apartment face south and receive a lot of light. The balcony offers a seating area for the occasional coffee or wine. I have furnished the apartment with great attention to detail, high quality materials, and travel souvenirs and I look forward to you feeling right at home here. Location / This Berlin district called Neukölln and the area my apartment is located in particular (between Schillerkiez and Reuterkiez) is extremely sought after by artists, freelancers, young families and students making the move to the city. The Tempelhofer Feld as the green heart of Berlin and the Hasenheide park with its open-air cinema as well as the beautiful Maybachufer with its weekly and flea markets and the many restaurants, cafés, bars and shops in the area guarantee variety and an authentic insight into the colorful life of the German capital. Everything can be reached easily by foot and bike from the apartment. In the streets around, you'll find everything from vintage boutiques, authentic Ethiopian food, fairtrade coffee, and wine shops to fresh fish, Turkish supermarkets and a large number of the Berlin-typical Spätis. I love this area and am sure you will too -- enjoy! Public transport / Two of the main arteries of Berlin's local transport can be reached in around 5 minutes on foot from the apartment: U7 (east-west) / stop "Rathaus Neukölln" or "Hermannplatz" and U8 (north-south) / stop "Boddinstraße". In addition, a couple of BVG bus lines depart from around the corner of the apartment. In 10-15 minutes you can reach the historic heart of Berlin's Mitte district (e.g. Scheunenviertel, Museum Island, Monbijou Park), the Mauerpark and the Berlin Wall Memorial (U Bernauer Str.) As well as Alexanderplatz and a large number other stops in other popular Berlin districts (Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf). Stock eines Berliner Ensembles aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und versprüht durch hohe Stuckdecken, Holzböden und Doppelfenster Altbaucharme. Alle Räume der Wohnung sind nach Süden ausgerichtet und erhalten viel Licht. Der Balkon bietet eine Sitzecke für den gelegentlichen Kaffee oder Wein. Ich habe die Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, hochwertigen Materialien und Reisesouvenirs eingerichtet und freue mich, wenn du dich hier wohlfühlst. Standort / Der Berliner Bezirk Neukölln und insbesondere die Gegend, in der sich meine Wohnung befindet (zwischen Schillerkiez und Reuterkiez), ist bei Künstler/innen, Freiberufler/innen, jungen Familien und Studierenden äußerst begehrt. Das Tempelhofer Feld als grünes Herz Berlins und die Hasenheide mit ihrem Freiluftkino sowie das wunderschöne Maybachufer mit seinen Wochen- und Flohmärkten und die vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Geschäfte in der Umgebung garantieren Abwechslung und einen authentischen Einblick in das bunte Leben der Hauptstadt. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles bequem zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. In den umliegenden Straßen findest du Vintage-Boutiquen, authentisches äthiopisches Essen, Fairtrade-Kaffees und Weinläden sowie frischen Fisch, türkische Supermärkte und eine großen Anzahl der für Berlin typischen Spätis. Ich liebe diese Gegend und bin mir sicher, dass es dir genau so gehen wird -- viel Spaß beim Entdecken! Öffentlicher Nahverkehr / Zwei der Hauptverkehrsadern des Berliner Nahverkehrs sind in ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen: U7 (Ost-West) / Haltestelle „Rathaus Neukölln“ oder „Hermannplatz“ und U8 (Nord-Süd) / Haltestelle „Boddinstraße“. Darüber hinaus verkehren mehrere Buslinien der BVG direkt um die Ecke der Wohnung. In 10-15 Minuten erreichst du das historische Zentrum Berlins (z. B. Scheunenviertel, Museumsinsel, Monbijou-Park), den Mauerpark und die Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer (U Bernauer Str.) sowie den Alexanderplatz und eine Vielzahl weiterer beliebter Berliner Bezirke (Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf). In Berlin gibt es viele Bikesharing- und Fahrradverleihmöglichkeiten. Solltest du planen, für einen längeren Zeitraum ein Fahrrad zu mieten, kannst du dieses gerne im Hof ​​des Hauses abstellen. Dank der zentralen Lage und hervorragenden Anbindung der Wohnung, benötigst du vor Ort kein Auto. Bei Bedarf stehen Parkplätze entlang der Straßen rund um die Wohnung zur Verfügung. Die meisten davon sind kostenlos, allerdings muss man bei der Parkplatzsuche schnell bzw. geduldig sein :)
