English: We are renting our new, beautiful apartment (1.5 years old) from August 1st, 2024 to July 29th, 2025. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms and a 10 m2 south-facing balcony with awning. The apartment is barrier-free, very sunny and is on the 2nd floor with a lift/elevator. Tram 21 is 4 minutes away and takes you to Ostkreuz in 13 minutes. The nearest S-Bahn station is Karlshorst, 10-15 minutes on foot. We are renting the apartment because we are on a sabbatical, so the apartment is rented furnished. The location is quiet and the Wuhlheide is nearby, where you can do sports and go for walks. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche, 2 Bäder und einen 10 m2 großen Südbalkon mit Markise. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei, sehr sonnig und befindet sich im 2. Stock mit Lift/Fahrstuhl. 4 Minuten entfernt fährt die Tram 21, mit der man in 13 Minuten am Ostkreuz ist. Die nächste S-Bahn-Station ist Karlshorst, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir vermieten die Wohnung, weil wir ein Sabbatjahr machen, deshalb wird die Wohnung möbliert vermietet.
