This has been our home for the last years and we are now looking for someone to look after it with care. It is ideally suited for a small family. The apartment has been decorated with an eye to detail and will surely make you feel home straight away. The apartment features designer lamps throughout.
Both bedrooms are facing the quiet courtyard with beautiful trees. The larger bedroom has a very large wardrobe as well as a beauty corner with a big mirror. The smaller bedroom is an ideal child's room (or alternatively a guest room). The beautiful bath is also completely refurbished with a large corner bath tub. The very spacious living / dining room is full of light and has a lovely balcony equipped with a very comfortable sitting area - one of our favourite spots to relax after a busy day. Furthermore, there is a sofa that can be rearranged to a spare bed and a sufficient number of bed linen, pillows, and blankets are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-value, Bosch built-in-devices like a dishwasher and stove/oven. The apartment also has ample storage room.
LOCATION
The apartment is located just across the street from Schloss Charlottenburg with its beautiful park - ideal for running or going for a walk. A Rewe supermarket is about 100 metres away. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. There is free street parking in the area. Public transport: There are various bus stops just at the corner (e.g. 109 to Berlin-Tegel airport or Kurfürstendamm in the other direction (both directions ca. a 10 min ride), M45 to Zoologischer Garten (also ca. a 10 min ride). The nearest tube / underground station is Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7) which is about 5 min by foot.
