Die Verkehrsanbindung ist zentral und einfach, 3-5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus. Diele, Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer gehen fließend ineinander über. Neben dem Bad und den 2 Schlafzimmern (beide ca. 14 qm) ist der restliche Wohnraum offen gestaltet. Ein Schlafzimmer hat einen extra Zugang über die Feuertreppe hinunter in den Garten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, ein hochwertiger Induktionsherd wurde neu angeschafft. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit. Durch die großen Fenster und vom Balkon aus kann man direkt in die ausladende Krone einer alten Rubinie schauen und sich somit ein bisschen fühlen, als würde man in einem Baumhaus wohnen. Der Balkon geht vom Wohnbereich ab und lädt besonders in der warmen Jahreszeit dazu ein, es sich hier gemütlich machen, ins Grüne zu schauen, sich zu sonnen, in der Abendstimmung einen exzellenten Wein zu genießen etc... Eine gemeinsame Dachterrasse (und einen Gemeinschaftsraum) im 6. Stock gibt es auch, hier kann man über den Dächern von Berlin Zeit verbringen, Morgendämmerung oder Sonnenuntergängen beiwohnen. Es ist ruhig und fast idyllisch hier mitten in Berlin, viele Vögel singen, Krähen jagen Tauben, ein Eichhörnchen klettert im Baum herum und unten im Laubhaufen wohnt Familie Igel. Sie bekommen hier nette Nachbarn und einen gesunden Ort zum Leben, Arbeiten, Regenerieren und Wohlfühlen. Ein Kindergarten nicht weit entfernt kann an Werktagen einen lebhaften Sounddteppich produzieren. Mich hat das nie gestört, sollte man aber wissen. Sie haben Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsgarten, dort gibt es auch eine Schaukel, ein kleines Klettergerüst und einen Sandkasten für Kinder. Spielpätze aber auch Parks sind gut zu erreichen. Dies ist ein schönes, geselliges, aber eher ruhiges Hausprojekt. Ich bitte herzlich um einen respektvollen und liebevollen Umgang mit der Wohnung, dem Haus und meinen Nachbarn ... Ich suche geeignete Mieter, gerne eine kleine Familie mit Kind, Single oder ein Paar, die vielleicht sogar Lust auf soziale Anbindung haben. Gay people sind herzlich willkommen. Eine Vertragsverlängerung ist durchaus denkbar. Bei nur einem Mieter würde ich die Miete wegen geringerem Energieverbrauchs um 100,-€ reduzieren. Seit Aufnahme der Fotos wurden ein paar Dinge gestalterisch verändert , so das Sofa in ockergoldgelb neu gepolstert, die Wände wurden weiß gestrichen, die privaten Dinge, die Sie auf den Fotos noch sehen, wurden entfernt. Die Nische auf dem Podest im Wohnzimmer war bis dato ein weiterer Schlafplatz, ist jetzt mit neuen Tatamimatten ausgelegt und kann als Sitzecke, zum meditieren, lesen, relaxen genutzt oder nach Wunsch weiter gestaltet werden.
