English: It's a one-room apartment with a size of 45 m2. It is located near the Havel Sea in Berlin and some lovely bridges (~ 450 meters distance). This place is proper for working, relaxing, hiking, and kayaking. There are various restaurants and cafes next to the apartment, and it's close to Spandau Alt-Town, with gorgeous streets and churches. - Here, we have a new sofa, bed, and workspace (including a screen, keyboard, standing electrical table, computer chair, and light). It is also instrumented with a good mattress. Up to 3 people (a queen size bed and a bed sofa) can stay here. The kitchen has a cafe machine, a smoothy mixer, and all modern devices. You have a lovely garden with a breakfast table and wide windows. - The bed is in the living room and is enough for two persons (200 cm * 140 cm), and there is a sofa bed that one person can sleep on. - There is a short distance to U7 (10 min bus), Regio, and S-Bahn, and multiple bus stations are just next to the apartment, allowing you to explore the entire Berlin 24/7. - From Berlin Central train station, there are multiple lines to the area, such as Regio (it takes an average of 15-20 minutes to Spandau main train station), S-Bahn, U-Bahn (underground), and also buses. - From Berlin Brandenburg Airport, there are direct Regio (fast) trains and S-Bahn to the apartment area. - From Spandau central train station, multiple buses near the apartment (takes around 10-15 mins), or you can come by walk or scooter. - There are 10 mins bus from Haselhorst U-Bahn, or you can walk or take a scooter. - There are multiple supermarkets and shops (Rewe, Lidle, Penny, Netto, Tedi, etc.) at a distance of 100 meters. Es ist auch mit einer guten Matratze ausgestattet. Bis zu 3 Personen (ein Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa) können hier übernachten. Die Küche verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Mixer und alle modernen Geräte. Sie haben einen schönen Garten mit einem Frühstückstisch und großen Fenstern. - Das Bett steht im Wohnzimmer und bietet Platz für zwei Personen (200 cm * 140 cm), außerdem gibt es ein Schlafsofa, auf dem eine Person schlafen kann. - U7 (10 Min. Bus), Regio und S-Bahn sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und mehrere Bushaltestellen befinden sich direkt neben der Wohnung, so dass Sie ganz Berlin rund um die Uhr erkunden können. - Vom Berliner Hauptbahnhof aus gibt es mehrere Linien in die Gegend, darunter Regio (die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof Spandau dauert durchschnittlich 15 bis 20 Minuten), S-Bahn, U-Bahn und auch Busse. - Vom Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg gibt es direkte Regio- und S-Bahn-Verbindungen zum Apartmentgebiet. - Vom Hauptbahnhof Spandau fahren mehrere Busse in die Nähe der Wohnung (Dauer ca. 10-15 Minuten), oder Sie können zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller kommen. - Von der U-Bahn Haselhorst sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Bus oder Sie können zu Fuß gehen oder einen Roller nehmen. - Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und Geschäfte (Rewe, Lidle, Penny, Netto, Tedi, etc.).
