The apartment on the first floor is a belle étage with very high ceilings.( Loft feeling ) Very well maintained with floorboards and a fireplace. The view from the windows is clear onto the square with lots of trees.
As the apartment is currently being renovated (painting) I don't have any current pictures. Completion is in the third week of April.

The bathroom has a large bathtub and spacious shower.
Very nice house community. All of my previous tenants have been very satisfied.

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist eine Belle Etage mit sehr hohen Decken.( Loft feeling ) sehr gepflegt mit Dielung und einen Kamin. Der Ausblick ist aus den Fenstern ist frei auf den Platz mit vielen Bäumen.
Da sich die Wohnung gerade in der Renovierung (Streichen) befindet habe ich keine aktuellen Bilder. Fertigstellung ist in der dritten April Woche.
Zwei Große Schlafzimmer
ein großes Studio mit Küche, Leder Sofa, Fernseher Kamin und Balkon.
Das Bad hat eine große Badewanne und geräumige Dusche.
Sehr nette Hausgemeinschaft. Alle meine bisherigen Mieter waren sehr zufrieden.
