English: The apartment (140m²) is newly renovated and fully furnished including bed sheets and towels. The design is very sleek and modern accompanied by paintings on the walls (including some antiques).

Every room has extraordinary pendants on the ceiling and features hard wood floors.
There are three main rooms: studio room, work room, bedroom.
The kitchen is integrated with the living room into a spacious studio. Kitchen equipment consists mostly of high standard Bosch appliances (oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher).
The studio room has access to the big balcony. The whole room features continuous banks of windows. The table, shelves and chairs are from Italian designers and high quality materials. Directly at the apartment there is an Italian restaurant, the upscale bakery Wiener Cafehaus a postal office and a dry cleaning service. Also there is a bus stop of Bus 186 and M19. After only a 7 minute walk you will reach supermarkets, pharmacies and the S-Bahn station Wannsee.
Even when leaving this forestal surroundings you just need 5 minutes to famous Ku’Damm and less than 30 minutes to Berlin's airport BBI.

Es gibt drei Räume. Das Wohnzimmer , das Arbeitszimmer und das Schlafzimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer beinhaltet die offene Küche und ist mit qualitativen Bosch Einbaugeräten ausgestattet. Durch die komplette länge des Wohnzimmer zieht sich am Rande der große Balkon mit zwei Eingängen und sitzmöglichkeiten an der Fensterbank.

Das Apartment liegt in am ruhigen Hagenplatz, mitten in Grunewald an der Königsallee. In nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder drei Stationen mit dem Bus erreicht man den Ku'Damm.
Am Apartment selbst gibt es einen Bäcker (Wieder Kaffeehaus), Post, Reinigung, Friseur und diverse Restaurants, sowie einen Blumenladen.
Es gibt drei Busverbindungen direkt am Haus, sowie die S-Bahn Grunewald in 7 Minuten laufweite. An der S-Bahn befinden sich auch Supermärkte etc.
