Charming 3-Room Belétage Charlottenburg from Sept.24 until feb/mar.25, Berlin

English: Who would like to live in our beautiful apartment in Charlottenburg between September 1st, 2024 and March 1st, 2025?! Important: The offer is only aimed at interested parties for the entire period mentioned above. It is not a commercial offer, we really live here and are looking for trustworthy subtenants for the period. The furniture and all the equipment are part of the offer; we will try to clear away as much personal belongings in cupboards, chests of drawers, shelves, etc. as we can, some things will have to remain though. It is a beautiful old building apartment with high ceilings on the first floor in 14059 Charlottenburg with excellent connections. This is divided into a large living room (north side) with a corner sofa, coffee table, secretary, large dining table and chairs, etc. Here is also the door to the small (but nice) balcony, which has 2 seating areas with space for 2-4 people and a table. The office is also on the north side and is the second largest room in the apartment with a large office desk with monitors, various shelves, a closet and 2 chests of drawers. The bedroom is on the south side opposite the office, with a 2x2 meter bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and behind the window is a small Mediterranean herb garden that is often harvested. The roof of the coach house from the inner courtyard is not allowed to be entered. The kitchen is also on the south side and is opposite the living room and has a dining table, a relatively long worktop with base cupboards, washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge and freezer and everything you can find in a busy kitchen, pots, Pans, dishes, cutlery, toasters, rice cookers, blenders etc. And finally the bathroom, also facing south and with a bathtub and a beautiful vanity. There is a small storage room in the hallway. As you can see in the pictures, there are some green roommates, we're certainly not mad at you if something happens, but it would be desirable if you took care of it, it's not a lot of work, watering 1-2 times a week is completely enough. Regarding the bed situation, just get in touch, we have a 200x200 meter bed frame and would also like a 160x200. We have two luxury mattresses here (Verapur King), one is still in its original packaging, the covers can be washed at 60°, but mattresses are still hygiene products, so tell us your requirements and we will find a solution. Worth mentioning: Nice view and no neighboring windows to look into or vice versa, Späti right in front of the door, the north side faces the street and because there is a hospital nearby, it is correspondingly loud. German: Wer möchte im Zeitraum 01.09.2024 bis 01.03.2025 in unserer schönen Wohnung in Charlottenburg wohnen?! Wichtig: Das Angebot richtet sich nur an Interessenten für den gesamten o.g Zeitraum. Es ist kein kommerzielles Angebot, wir leben hier wirklich und suchen für den zeitraum vertrauenswürdige Untermieter*innen. Das Möbiliar und die gesamte Ausstattung gehören zum Angebot, wir werden versuchen so viele persönliche Dinge in Schränken, kommoden, Regalen etc. wie möglich abzuräumen und woanders unterzubringen, wollen aber auch nicht alles entfernen. Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbau-Wohnung mit hohen Decken im ersten Stock in 14059 Charlottenburg mit ausgezeichneter Anbindung. Aufgeteilt ist diese in ein großes Wohnzimmer(Nordseite) mit Ecksofa, couchtisch, Sekretär, großem Esstisch und Stühlen usw. Hier ist auch die Tür zum kleinen (aber feinen) Balkon, auf diesem sind 2 Sitzecken mit platz für 2-4 Persönen und ein Tisch. Das Büro liegt auch zur Nordseite und ist der zweitgrößte Raum der Wohnung mit einem großen Büro-Schreibtisch mit Monitoren, diversen Regalen, einem Schrank und 2 kommoden. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Südseite gegenüber vom Büro, mit 2x2 Meter Bett, Kleiderschrank, kommode, Tv und hinterm Fenster ist ein kleiner mediteraner Kräutergarten der gerne geerntet wird, das Dach der Remise vom Innenhof darf nicht betreten werden. Die Küche liegt auch zur Südseite und befindet sich gegenüber vom Wohnzimmer und hat einen Esstisch, eine relativ lange Arbeitsplatte mit Unterschränken, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Standherd mit Ofen, Kühl und Gefrierschrank und allem möglichen was man so in einer belebten Küche so findet, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Reiskocher, Mixer etc. Und schließlich noch das Badezimmer, ebenfalls zur Südseite und mit Badewanne und einem schönen Waschtisch. Im Flur befindet sich noch eine kleine Abstellkammer. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es einige Grüne Mitbewohner*innen, wir sind euch sicher nicht böse wenn was eingeht aber es wäre von wünschenswert wenn Ihr euch dessen annehmt, ist nicht viel Arbeit 1-2 mal die woche gießen reicht volkommen aus. Bzgl. der Bettsituation einfach mal kontakt aufnehmen, wir haben ein 200x200 meter bettgestell und hätten auch noch ein 160x200. Wir haben hier zwei Luxusmatratzen (Verapur King), eine noch originalverpackt, die Bezüge können bei 60° gewaschen werden, dennoch sind Matratzen Hygieneartikel, also nennt uns eure Anforderungen und wir finden eine Lösung. Erwähnenswert: Schöner Ausblick und keine Nachbarfenster in die man blickt bzw. umgekehrt, Späti direkt vor der Tür, Nordseite geht zur Straße und weil hier in der Nähe ein Krankenhaus ist, ist es entsprechend laut.
