- Die Wohnung ist super HELL und jede ihrer Ecken gibt Ihnen ein anderes Erlebnis, während Sie den ganzen Tag die direkte Sonne in der Wohnung genießen. Die Fenster sind nach Norden, Osten und Westen ausgerichtet, und ihre Konstellation sorgt für einen natürlichen Luftstrom in der ganzen Wohnung, der die Luft im Sommer immer frisch und kühl hält.
- Die Wohnung ist RUHIG mit dem Gesang der Vögel von den hinteren und vorderen Fenstern. Dies trotz der Tatsache, dass die Geschäfte und Cafés gleich um die Ecke sind.

If you are looking for a place to experience the real authentic Berlin life, then this place is for you! The apartment is a typical old Berliner building, fully furnished with brand new furniture and decorated with lots of care and love.

- The apartment is super BRIGHT and each of its corners give you a different experience while you enjoy the direct sun in the apartment through out the day. The windows are facing north, east and west and their constellation gives a natural air flow throughout the apartment which will keep the air always fresh and cool in the summer.
- The apartment is QUIET with the birds singing from the back and the front windows. This is despite the fact that the shops and cafes are right down the corner.
- The apartment is easily ACCESSIBLE (2 minutes walk to various bus lines which will take you to every corner of the city, 10 minutes walk to U9/S-Bahn, 10 minutes direct bus ride to Berlin Hauptbahnhof, 15 minutes direct bus ride to Tagel airport.). If you are going to travel a lot abroad, this place is perfect for you.
- The area is located in the HEART OF MOABIT which is said to be the next Neuköln. What makes the area special is it's diversity, liveliness but its residential character. Basically is like a cleaner and more spacious version of Neuköln.
From authentic international restaurants (Lebanese, Spanish, Japanese, Turkish, Vietnamese, Argentinian, Pakistani, Italian, Indian, Iranian, Caribbean, etc.) to modern cafes, art galleries, grocery shops and shops for household items, the area offers EVERYTHING YOU NEED and that is all around the corner! The Markthalle is also 10 minutes away by foot.
Also If you love nature and are into jogging, there is a very beautiful track by the river spree a few minutes away on foot.

The Kitchen is equipped with Washing machine, oven, induction hot plates, fridge/freezer, water cooker, linen full Kitchen utensils, cutleries, plates and all the cooking equipments. There is also vacuum cleaner, drying rack and ironing equipment available.
