The apartment is located in a charming old building, tucked away on a quiet street. The charm of this apartment is the mix of art, design and typical old Berlin style. Beautiful hardwood flooring is found throughout the living area, and charming old wooden doors and a pleasant generosity and openness lend a wonderful living environment. There is a large and very well equipped kitchen with open plan kitchen island and gas stove. Both bedrooms are connected by a door, and they each have a door to the hall, so there is no need to disturb any privacy for the restroom etc. A dining table offers seating for up to 6 people. There is a comfortable sofa to relax, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The bathroom has a tub with shower, large mirror, exquisite fittings and is very spacious.
