Our 40 m2 basement flat has one comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for a total of three people. The fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with shower are integrated into the entrance hall. Despite being in the basement, the windows offer plenty of daylight and views over the courtyard. Please note that due to the basement location, there are no views.
Passenger access
You have access to the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. You are free to use any furniture you wish.
There is space to store bicycles in the courtyard of the building.
A washing machine is also available in the bathroom.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche und das moderne Bad mit Dusche sind in den Vorraum integriert. Trotz der Lage im Souterrain bieten die Fenster viel Tageslicht und einen Blick auf den Innenhof. Bitte beachten Sie, dass aufgrund der Souterrainlage kein Ausblick möglich ist.
Personenzugang
Sie haben Zugang zum Bad, zur Küche und zum Schlafzimmer. Es steht Ihnen frei, alle Möbel zu benutzen, die Sie wünschen.
Im Innenhof des Gebäudes gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.
