The three-story block of flats (built in 2000) is only 2 km from the train station in a restricted-traffic area. The nearby freight tracks are used less and less and are hardly noticeable.The location between the old town and the western suburbs means that all areas of the city can be reached quickly and has the advantage that you can park for free in the side streets and there are usually spaces available.Within a 3-minute walk (approx. 100 meters), 2 to 3 bus lines serve the stop in the secondary street every 15 minutes (limited at night).Taxi costs from and to the train station around 8 euros one way.A smaller grocery store is 100 meters away. Larger markets (Netto, Penny, Rewe ...) can be found several times within a 1.5 kilometer radius.The house is continuously occupied by owners and long-term tenants. There is a friendly and considerate cooperation, which we also expect from our tenants. We did not have to notice parties and loud music in 20 years.
