GmbH Vorsteuerabzugsberechtigt und vermietet daher alle Apartments inklusive 7 %
Umsatzsteuer. Diese wird in den Rechnungen natürlich gesondert ausgewiesen.

Zusätzlich buchbare Dienstleistungen
Auf Wunsch gegen zusätzliches Entgelt bieten wir Ihnen
• turnusmäßige Zwischenreinigung sowie Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel
• Sollten Sie Hilfe mit Ihren Koffern brauchen sind wir Ihnen natürlich auch hierbei gerne auf Wunsch beim Ein-Um- und Auszug behilflich.
• Sollten Sie an Sonn- oder Feiertagen Anreisen, können wir im Vorfeld gerne auf Wunsch eine Lebensmittelgrundausstattung für Sie einkaufen

LOCATION
Situated at the foot of Stuttgart's most popular urban residential quarter, the Heusteigviertel, and within sight of the Tanners' quarter with the local shopping centre "Das Gerber", ideally developed for temporary stays, shopping and shopping centre right on the doorstep. 6. complete washing facility with washing machine and ironing board and iron

"All Inclusive" Rent
We let all our apartments at a flat rate including all additional costs and
services so that no costs are hidden for the tenant. From sewage via GEZ
Electricity, heating, refuse collection, cleaning of common areas, internet,
Cable connection and sales tax are all included in the price and will not be charged separately.
