The apartment is located in a very nice building built in 1987 (Aachener Str.) and is very central (150 meters from u-bahn, 300 meters from Bad Cannstatt old town, 300 meters from Wilhelma) and is nevertheless very quiet.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need - from dishes, cloths, bed linen, to washing machine, hair dryer and internet.
An underground car park makes your life much easier - you never need to look for a parking :) again. Plus 70,- EUR
Hi all, this is a newly renovated and furnished studio in a very nice building (Aachener Str. 16 you can see it in Google maps). It is very central (near Wilhelma, Mahle, Bad Cannstatt center) and still very quite.
In the appartment you will find everything you need : dishes, washing machine, internet, etc. If you miss the TV just let me know and you will get one. We did not buy one as we do everything on our laptops :).
parking space costs 70,- EUR additional.
