Die Lage der gut geschnittenen Wohnung ist ideal für Menschen, die gerne ein Stück Natur vor der Haustür genießen, ohne auf Geschäfte in der Nähe verzichten zu müssen: Würm, Park und Bushaltestelle sind ganz nah. Der S-Bahnhof Pasing sorgt für eine schnelle Verbindung in die Innenstadt, der Pasinger Marienplatz mit seinen Arcaden (Einkaufszentrum) lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.
