Von dort gelangen Sie auf den Balkon, der mit 2 Stühlen möbliert ist, mit Blick ins Grüne, da sich die Wohnung auf der Rückseite der Anlage befindet. Dort geht auch die Sonne unter.
Die Pauschalmiete ist inkl. aller Nebenkosten und auch WiFi ist mit inbegriffen. Sie brauchen nur noch Ihre persönlichen Dinge in die Wohnung bringen. Handtücher sowie Bettzeug stellen wir ebenfalls.
Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Gebühr.
