You are temporarily in Leipzig or want to move all over here and are looking for accommodation until you know where a good place to live is for you?

You live on the 3rd floor of a house built in 1906 and renovated in 2000. The three-room apartment was renovated and furnished in 2013. Treat yourself to the luxury of high-quality living!
The rooms are located in center-north. From here you can reach many sights on foot, in 2-3 tram stations or an S-Bahn station.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom with toilet and a spacious kitchen from which the balcony goes into the garden.

The size of the rooms and beds are as follows:
Room 1: 20 m2, living-bedroom, sofa bed with 1.30 m lying area.
Room 2: 12 m2, double bed with 1.40 m lying area.
Room 3: 14 m2, 2 beds with 90 cm floor space each, they can be used either separately or pushed together.

Occupancy of 6 people is suitable for families or if you know each other well. If this is not the case, then an occupancy of 4-5 people is more comfortable.
Feel at home in the lovingly furnished apartment with luxury kitchen (ceramic field, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer), balcony and bathroom.

For breakfast you will find a toaster, coffee maker and kettle, as well as crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea are also available. If you want to cook a little more elaborately, there is an oven at eye level, stainless steel pots, pans and spices. You just have to shop, everything else is already there.

In each of the rooms there are, in addition to high-quality beds, or sofa bed, a dining or desk for work, a closet and a TV. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

The house is very nicely located in a turn-of-the-century district in the northern center. Next to beautiful buildings, you will find breakfast cafés and restaurants on the nearby Georg- Schuhmannstrasse. Shopping facilities for daily needs are also within walking distance. In 15-20 min walk you will find two beautiful historical restaurants in Leipzig: the Gosenschänke and the Gohliser Schlößchen.

The nearby Rosenthal and the internationally renowned zoo with its unique Gondwanaland in Europe also invite you to go for a walk.

The city centre and the main railway station can be reached in about 15-20 min on foot, in 2 min by S-Bahn or two stops by tram. The stop "Chausseehaus" on lines 11 and 16 is about 5 minutes away.
Tram line 16 takes you to the exhibition grounds in about 20 min. The S-Bahn station Gohlis is about 10 min away. You can get to the fairgrounds by line 16 in 13 min. The airport is a 43-49 min s-bahn and regional train ride. Parking on the street is free of charge.
