This cosy and nicely furnished two-room-suite got a living space of approx. 85 sqm and is located in the quiet rear building. It offers a separate living room and bed room, a compact kitchenette and a fine shower bath. The wide terrace wich is facing the quiet backyard invites you to relax here.
Location:
The building is located only 50 meters from the Rhine in the idyllic district "Cologne- Rodenkirchen". The area is quiet but still very central and very well connected to transport to the metropolis of cologne. The small town offers various shopping opportunities and relaxing walks along Rhein's promenade.
Laundry:
There is a washing machine and a dryer available in the main building. Both can be used with coins. Moreover irons and ironing board just as detergents are offered for free.
As an alternative you can use the in house laundry service. You can just hand over you laundry at the reception and it will be washed, ironed and brought into the apartment.
Cleaning:
A cleaning service is included in the price (5 times per week)

Wellness:
There is a sauna and chill out area that can be used anytime by coin payment. Bathrobes and fresh towels will hand handed out after request.

The location is quiet, yet centrally and optimally connected to the media metropolis of Cologne. In addition to shopping galleries, the small town also offers relaxing walks on the Rhine promenade.
Laundry:
In the main house there is a washing machine and a dryer. Both can be operated by coin insertion. In addition, we offer ironing boards and various irons as well as washing powder for free use.
As an alternative, a laundry service is offered on request. You can leave your clothes or ironing linen with us and get them washed and ironed back in the apartment.
Cleaning:
The price includes room cleaning (5 times a week).
Wellness:
There is an in-house sauna with attached wet cell, separate toilets and relaxation facilities. We always provide a relaxing sauna infusion as well as sauna towels. The sauna can be used freely at any time by throwing coins. We are happy to hand out bathrobes on request.
