You live within walking distance between Hauptbahnhof (5 min) and Ebertplatz (2-3 min) and you only need a few steps to the Rhine (3-4 min) - maybe also for your jogging? Two fitness studios are otherwise only 150m away.
Shopping, cafés and restaurants and great infrastructure within a direct radius of 200-400m (Eigelstein), the apartment itself nevertheless in a very quiet residential area in the middle of the city. The Kunibertsviertel is a quiet residential area with the Musikhochschule and a few good restaurants. If you want more "life", you can get to the Eigelstein and Ebertplaz/Neusser Straße in just a few steps.
