Our private apartments come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, a large wardrobe, table, and chair for work with a lamp. Each flat has a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped modern kitchenette with everything from pans to a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
About the property
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. The building features a common area where you can comfortably work and socialise.
About the neighbourhood
The up-and-coming Ostend area is home to the Frankfurt Zoo, Fritz Rémond Theater, and the green Hafenpark and Ostpark. You can easily reach the city center by bike in 10 minutes. The European Central Bank (EZB) is within walking distance, with other major banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen located within 30 minutes by public transport from the Frankfurt Main (Ost) station. At the doorstep of the building, you will find great bars, restaurants, and fitness studios FitSevenEleven and FitnessFirst, making living at Ostparkstraße 45 the ideal place for both work and leisure

Unsere Privatwohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für ein komfortables tägliches Leben benötigen, wie z.B. ein Bett mit einer hochwertigen Matratze mit Bettlaken, Kissen und Bettdecken, ein großer Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Stuhl zum Arbeiten mit einer Lampe. Jede Wohnung verfügt über ein geräumiges Bad und eine voll ausgestattete, moderne Küchenzeile mit allem, was man braucht, von Pfannen bis zu Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster.
Über die Wohnung
Sie werden die ersten sein, die in unsere neu gebauten und renovierten Wohnungen einziehen. Das Gebäude ist so konzipiert, dass Sie den Lebensstil des gemeinsamen Wohnens genießen und Teil der Habyt-Gemeinschaft werden können. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsbereich, in dem Sie bequem arbeiten und Kontakte knüpfen können.
Über das Viertel
Das aufstrebende Ostend beherbergt den Frankfurter Zoo, das Fritz-Rémond-Theater sowie den grünen Hafenpark und den Ostpark. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
