The fully furnished apartment offers space for one to three people. In case of visitors, the spacious couch can be converted into a guest bed. Bed linen, pillows and blankets
are also sufficiently available for this. The kitchen is fully equipped withhigh-quality built-in appliances such as dishwasher, coffee maker and induction stove.
The property is located in a busy area in Düsseldorf Düsseltal. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are several bus and streetcar lines and the subway lines U72, U73 and U83. From there you need only 5minutes to the city. On foot you can reach a few restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries and doctors. Various green spaces and parks, fashion stores, gyms, bookstores and two bars can also be found on site.
For car owners, there is a parking space right in front of the front door and, if necessary, there is the option of booking a fixed, lockable space in the underground car park surcharge (€ 70 per month).
The entire rent is calculated for one person.

In this perfectly cut, cozy apartment you quickly forget everyday life. Fresh air and sun can be refuelled in your own small garden. The functional kitchen offers everything with induction stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker and kettle to be able to indulge in culinary delights all around. The necessary purchases can be done in several supermarkets, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A built-in dishwasher takes care of the washing up, so that you can safely relax on the comfortable couch or in the armchair with a glass of rosé from the refrigerator and reminisce about the day. Alternatively, you can use the time for a leisurely walk into the city, which you reach after about 15 minutes - if you are a little more hurried and you intend to drink something at a meeting in the city, the tram, whose stop can be reached in about 3 minutes, will take you to the city centre in about 5 minutes.
For car owners, a parking space is available directly on the doorstep and if necessary there is the possibility to book a fixed, lockable space in the underground car park (surcharge € 70,- per month).
