In the sleeping area a 1.40 m wide bed invites you to relax and dream and let you enjoy the view over Düsseldorf through the panorama windows.
A large wardrobe, a bedside table and bed drawers store everything you want to accommodate.
Of course there is also a cosy armchair for reading or watching TV.
The fold-out dining table with two chairs can of course also be used as a workplace.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle that was only renovated in October 2019 with Rainshower, a bright washbasin with new fittings and a combined washer-dryer.
Modern media equipment with 32-inch HD Sony flat-screen TV including cable TV and Internet with WLAN round off the offer.
In the hallway you will find another cupboard with mirror, a shoe cupboard and shelves for storing keys, small parts or charging your mobile phone.
A small beautiful balcony with seating offers the possibility to enjoy the evening sun.
All the things you need to move in directly, such as towels, bed linen, initial equipment and cleaning supplies are available.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
The keys are preferably handed over personally as I am looking forward to get to know my tenants, or if necessary via a self-check in via key safe.
If you wish, the refrigerator can be filled once before moving in for a flat rate of 90€ (please contact me after booking if you wish).

Restaurants, pubs, the Düsseldorf city centre with its shopping streets like Schadowstrasse and Königsallee as well as the famous old town with the longest bar in the world are within walking distance.
Parks as well as the Rhine are not far away and offer with green areas and Rhine meadows, footpaths and squares various possibilities for leisure activities from walking, strolling up to sporty activities like jogging or cycling.
