The bathroom with satin glass windows has an extra wide and deep soaker bathtub for relaxing baths but also a quick shower.
The Japanese Toto washlet toilet stands for very high comfort and personal hygiene. There is also a Mirror with build in storage a sink with 2 drawer chest a large bathroom cabinet which can comfortably house all your toiletries and a laundry box.
An additional guest toilet has also been refitted to the apartment.
Included in the Apartment is the use of 2 folding bicycles for a quick run to a café, bakery, supermarket or nearby restaurants and bars.

Our beautiful home is situated in the premium and safe district “Düsseltal” also known as “Zoo” area by Düsseldorfers (named after the large Park); this area is one of the upscale urban districts of Düsseldorf with its parks, avenues and villas on the Northern side of the Düsseldorf core. With easy connections to all parts of the city.
The Apartment is directly located on Brehmstraße (a major street) within walking distance are:
Located within 300m are: tram and Subway and S-Bahn also not much further, supermarkets, kiosks, bakery, restaurants (also with Michelin star), hair and beauty Salon, Parks - Hansaplatz with playground and Arag Park directly across from the building and also not much farther the popular large Zoo Park etc.
Rethelstraße Shopping street is only 2-minute tram ride or 10-minute walk away.
Due to the convenient location, you are able to reach Königsallee, little Tokyo, downtown/old town and the main railway station in about 12-15 minutes' time. Via S-Bahn, it takes less than 15 minutes to Düsseldorf Airport; also the Messe Düsseldorf is easily accessible by public transport in about 25 minutes.
From our Apartments you can also stroll directly on foot to the hip neighboring districts of Pempelfort and Derendorf with even more Restaurants, Bars and shopping.
