The house is inhabited by three longterm renters, no place for parties! The janitor takes care of the garden, a lady living in the house herself regularly cleans the areas used by all inhabitants. Washing machine, drying room and space for your bike in the basement at ground level.
Smoking in the flat is not allowed. The flat's kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove with ceramic stovetop, microwave, new cutlery and dinnerware, ... The rent includes bedding/towels and room cleaning service every two weeks, telephone/data/cable TV (not included and payable (plus 15% handling) on top of rent is the use of chargeable phone and Pay TV services).
The flat is meant for professionals from wherever, who have to live in Dresden temporarily and do not want to do so in a hotel, but in a real home. The home office is a ready to use desk with lots of sockets, designer lamp, office phone (allows conferences with three participants) plus handset, LAN-cable (WiFi available too) - just sit down, connect your laptop and start working!
The bed is four feet wide, but continuous use by two people is not allowed.
The rental price includes all costs of the flat, room cleaning and change of bedding/towels every two weeks. Even telephone calls to most of the G20 states are included (not included are chargeable phone or internet services, cost plus 15% handling are to be paid on top of the rental price) .

German: Suburban villa in a quiet location on large plot, built in 1928, renovated in 1999, the apartment to be rented is freshly prepared. Three permanent tenants live in the house, no party house! The caretaker maintains the large garden, which is available to all tenants, and a lady living in the house cleans the common areas regularly. Washing machine, communal drying room and bicycle parking in the basement with ground-level access.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. The apartment was newly furnished in early summer 2018, kitchen is fully equipped with new crockery, cutlery, cooking utensil, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, ... Rental incl. bed linen/towels and regular cleaning, telephone/data/TV.
The apartment is designed for a tenant from Germany or abroad who has to live temporarily in Dresden for professional reasons and wants to do so not in a hotel, but in a real home.
