Meine Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau, um 1900 gebaut: hohe Decken, Parkett, ... Das Haus wurde 1998 grundsaniert. Die Wohnung liegt Richtung Süden und ist damit schön hell und lichtdurchflutet. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls den ganzen Tag sonnig. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Louisenstraße. Die gesamte Neustadt ist ein Gründerzeitviertel, dass während des Krieges nicht zerstört wurde und seinen Charme erhalten hat.
