In a 5-minute walk you can reach the stop of tram lines 7 and 8, which take you directly through the historic centre to Dresden Central Station in 15 minutes without changing trains. Tram line 13 is also a 5-minute walk away, which takes you to the Great Garden or Dresden Zoo, among others.
Dresden-Neustadt train station is a 10-minute walk away. Here you have the possibility of an S-Bahn connection to the surrounding area, such as Saxon Switzerland or Dresden Airport. The station is also a stop for regional, national and international bus services, which can take you almost hourly to Berlin and Hamburg or Prague and Vienna, among others. This could be a good and interesting opportunity for you to take a day trip in one of these exciting metropolises.
