The train station/Subway is 400m away (6 min. by walking) and the next bus station is just down the street.
This Area is also a Main point between the Autobahn A1/A40/A45.
There are some smaller markets (bakeries) close by, as well as bigger Supermarkets (8min by walking).
Restaurants & Bars are close by for example around the Westfalenpark and in the “Kreuzviertel” area.
Another Highlight is the WestfalenHallen with a lot of Events, all around the year, Cafes and also nature (17 Min. by walking).
The CityCenter of Dortmund and also the “Kreuzviertel” area is walkable, or you just take a subway (within 5min), another option is to use the available bicycles in the basement (bicycle basement). ;)
There is also a wash basement, incl. 2 other washers and a dryer of the whole building. There is a parking Garage underneath the building. Parking is available at the parking spot number 21 only. There is also the Option to park outside for free.

Diese 3 Zimmer Wohnung hat viel Platz zu bieten, bspw. 2 Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten) inkl. eines Schreibtisches, oder auch einen sehr gemütlichen Sessel für ein paar entspannende Stunden mit fantastischem Blick auf den Florian Turm.
Der Flur lädt zu den anderen liebevollen Räumlichkeiten ein.
Das Wohnzimmer mit einer großen gemütlichen Couch, welche perfekt ist für ein paar angenehme Stunden mit einem umwerfenden Blick durch die fantastischen großen Fenster.
Nebenan befindet sich eins der Schlafzimmer, welches mit einem Arbeitsbereich ausgestattet ist, falls notwendig.
Es sind zwei Bäder vorhanden, eins mit einer Dusche, eines mit einer Badewanne. In beiden Bädern befindet sich eine Toilette.
Die helle Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem großen gemütlichen Esstisch, des Weiteren gibt es eine Abstellkammer inkl. Waschmaschine und einem großen Balkon. Diese Wohnung lädt ein für ein paar schöne angenehme Abende. ;)
Die U-Bahn station ist 400m entfernt (6min. Zu Fuß) und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur die Straße runter. Dieser Bereich ist Hauptmittelpunkt zwischen den Autobahnen A1/A40/A45.
Es sind einige kleinere Läden (Bäckereien) in der direkten Nähe, genauso wie große Supermärkte (8min. Zu Fuß).
Restaurants & Bars befinden sich in der Nähe bspw. In dem Bereich des Westfalenparks und in dem “Kreuzviertel”.
Ein weiteres Highlight sind die WestfalenHallen mit vielen Events über das ganze Jahr hinweg, Cafés und die Natur (17min. Zu Fuß).
Das Stadtzentrum von Dortmund und auch das “Kreuzviertel” ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, oder man nimmt die U-Bahn (innerhalb 5min), eine weitere Option sind die verfügbaren Fahrräder im Keller (Fahrradkeller). ;)
