It has a nice bath with a shower and waschingmachine. The apartment also has a large balcony. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are provided.A TV and free WiFi are included. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 38.00 per week possible.City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The quarter offers everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.The apartment, however, is located in a quiet corner of the quarter and is ideal for business people or students. Cologne´s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance.
