English: This apartment has charm and a wonderful atmosphere. Here you can immediately and permanently feel at home and recharge your batteries. Every now and then I live here myself and enjoy this magic because I love the following about this apartment: it is smart and practical and has everything you need for life. Almost a miracle, a space miracle. Ideal for one or two people. Thanks to its south-facing orientation and the three-meter-wide, three-pane window, plenty of light is provided. The view from the double box spring bed offers enough space. There are trees in the spacious courtyard and the next residential building is adjacent to it, which blocks out the lively noises of the cow dam. Here you can live and live quietly and centrally. Thanks to the television's sufficiently large swivel arm, it is possible to enjoy your favorite Netflix series in HD quality from both the leather coach and from your bed. Feeling good is the order of the day here. Below the television there is a small counter made of natural stone with two height-adjustable bar stools, including footrests. Directly to the right is the small kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, built-in cupboards. The built-in cupboards are equipped with sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Back to the living-bedroom, to the right of the coach there is a white desk that invites you to work creatively, and to the right of it there is a walk-in closet hidden behind white curtains. In the entrance area on the right is the newly modernized and modern shower room with mirror cabinet. Directly opposite the bathroom is a small storage room for a washing machine. There is a wardrobe in the center of the hallway. The apartment is a small oasis and ideal for people who can and want to experience and enjoy moments of peace and quiet, even in Berlin. German: Diese Wohnung hat Charme und eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Hier können Sie sich sofort und dauerhaft zu Hause fühlen und Auftanken. Hin und wieder lebe ich selbst hier und geniesse diesen Zauber, weil ich folgendes an dieser Wohnung liebe: sie ist pfiffig und praktisch geschnitten und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Fast schon ein Wunder, ein Raumwunder. Ideal für eine oder zwei Personen. Dank seiner Südausrichtung, dem drei Meter breitem und dreiflügigen Fenster ist für viel Lichteinfall gesorgt. Der Blick vom Doppel-Boxspringbett bietet ausreichend Raum. Bäume stehen im weitläufigen Hof und daran schließt sich das nächste Wohngebäude, das die lebendigen Geräusche des Kuhdamms abschirmt, an. Hier kann man ruhig & zentral wohnen und leben. Dank eines ausreichend großen Schwenkarms des Fernsehers, besteht die Möglichkeit sowohl von der Ledercoach als auch vom Bett aus in HD-Qualität seine gewünschte Netflixserie zu genießen. Wohlfühlen ist hier angesagt. Unterhalb des Fernsehers ist ein kleiner Tresen aus Naturstein mit zwei höhenverstellbaren Barhockern, inklusive Fußlehnen. Direkt rechts davon liegt die kleine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffee-Maschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen, , Einbauschränken. Die Einbauschränke sind mit ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet. Zurück zum Wohn-Schlafraum, rechts neben der Coach lädt noch ein weißer Schreibtisch zum kreativen Wirken ein, rechts daneben befindet sich hinter weißen Vorhängen verborgen ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Im Eingangsbereich ist rechts das neu modernisierte und moderne Duschbad mit Spiegelschrank. Direkt gegenüber dem Bad ist ein kleiner Abstellraum einer Waschmaschine. Zentral im Flur bietet ein Garderobenschrank. Die Wohnung ist eine kleine Oase und ideal für Menschen, die selbst in Berlin, Momente der Ruhe und des Innehaltens erfahren und genießen können und wollen.
