Liebevoll eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen jedoch ruhig, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Alexanderplatz. Shopping, Restaurants, Supermärkte...alles in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung eignet sich für bis zu 3 Personen and zeichnet sich durch eine gehobene Innenausstattung aus und kann ab sofort bezogen werden.
3 Betten, 3 Kleiderschränke, Eingebaute Küche, 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine, 3 Kleiderschränke, 2 Schreibtische, Bettwäsche, Föhn, Internet, Hausschuhe usw.... sind vorhanden.
Satelitenanschluss und schnelles Internet ist bereit vorhanden und in der Mietpreis inklusiv.
Extragroßer Koffer? Keine Sorge, unser Eingang und Aufzug sind dafür geeignet.
Die Wohnung ist so zentral gelegen in Berlin Mitte - mittiger geht nicht:
~ 2 Minuten Fußweg zu 4 Straßenbahnen: M4, M5, M6 und M8. Die M5 and M8 fahren direkt zum Hauptbahnhof ohne Umsteigen.
~ 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle: Bus 200 oder Bus 142
~ 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Flixbus Haltestelle Alexanderplatz.
~ 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt. Spätkauf auch sehr nah zur Wohnung and rund um die Uhr geöffnet.
- Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Alexanderplatz (Fernsehturm, Weltuhr, Einkaufszentrum "Alexa", Rotes Rathaus, Marienkirche, Berliner Dom...).
