The view from the 8th floor to the City West is always inspiring. The apartment is wonderfully bright and sunny. Every two weeks a cleaner will clean the apartment. Dishes, cutlery, blankets and bed linen as well as towels are also included in the rent. A concierge is available during the day to answer the small questions of daily needs, the apartment is looked after by a caretaker. All additional costs as well as apartment cleaning and Wifi are included in the rent.

Schlaf-) zimmer mit lackiertem Buchenparkett und das Schlafzimmer mit neuem Teppichfußboden. Zwei Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne und eins mit Dusche, runden das positive Wohngefühl ab. Die Fenster zum Balkon sind mit Jalousinen verschließbar. Der Blick aus der 8. Etage auf die City West ist immer wieder begeisternd. Die Wohnung ist herrlich hell und sonnig. Alle zwei Wochen wird eine Reinigungskraft die Wohnung putzen. Geschirr, Bestecke, Bettdecken und -wäsche sowie Handtücher sind ebenfalls im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Für die kleinen Fragen des täglichen Bedarfs steht tagsüber ein Concierge zur Verfügung, die Wohnanlage wird von einem Hausmeister versorgt. Sämtliche Nebenkosten wie auch Wohnungsreinigung und Wifi sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
