The flat is a mezzanine floor flat only a few stairways to the door. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa, a big smart TV and a table with chairs. From the living room, you reach a small balcony where you can relax after work. The bedroom is equipped with a grand double bed, a big closet and chest of drawers that provide enough space. Common for this district, you'll find high ceilings and nice floorboards made out of wood.
The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezing compartment, an oven, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, and several other kitchen utilities for daily use. So, bed linen and towels are included.
A washing machine, broom, vacuum cleaner and a basic selection of detergents are available.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located pretty close to the city center. Within 20 minutes, you get to Alexanderplatz, in 30 minutes to the airport and in 25 minutes to Central Station. The vibrant Mauerpark and several shopping facilities are reachable by feet. Yet, the apartment's surrounding is calm since it's located in a side street. In the inner courtyard, you will find a garden exclusive to the house's tenants. Public parking spaces are available in front of the house.
